- Account Security: Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and notifying Proper immediately of any unauthorized access or use.
- Account Eligibility: Proper is available to Users who are purchasing real estate in the United States.
- Permitted Use: Services are for personal, non-commercial use in connection with a single real estate transaction.
- Prohibited Activities: Users may not:

Proper offers Free, Basic, and Premium plans, with a one-time fee for each real estate transaction.
Payment Terms:
- Users pay a single, non-refundable fee at the start of their chosen plan.
- Payments are processed securely through third-party providers.
Upgrades:
- Users can upgrade their plan at any time by paying the difference between their current plan and the desired plan.
- Upgrades apply to the same transaction and cannot be used for future transactions.
Refund Policy:
